This Privacy Policy explains how Coach with Tamisha LLC, doing business as Tamisha Souza and Coach With Tamisha (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our websites, submit a form, join an email list or community, purchase a product or service, schedule a call, or participate in coaching, programs, events, or online conversations.

This policy applies to coachwithtamisha.com, start.coachwithtamisha.com, related landing pages and subdomains, and the services and communities operated through them, including leadership and communication coaching, Ethical Sales System for Coaches, Spiritual Coaches Network, OPEN, and Come & See.

Coaching and Session Information

Some sessions or meetings may use recording, transcription, or note-taking technology. We will obtain permission where required before recording or transcribing a private coaching session. Recordings and transcripts may be processed by service providers that help us host meetings, create notes, or deliver services.

California residents may have additional rights under California privacy laws when those laws apply to our business and the relevant information.

These rights may include the right to request information about:

  • Purposes for collecting, using, or sharing it
  • Categories of third parties receiving it
  • Specific pieces of personal information held

Our websites, coaching services, programs, and communities are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

COPPA applies to covered websites and online services directed to children under 13 or those with actual knowledge that they are collecting personal information from children under 13.

15. Testimonials, Community Participation, and Public Content

If you submit a testimonial, review, photograph, video, success story, or other content for public use, we will use it according to the permission or release you provide.

Information you voluntarily post in public or group spaces may be visible to other participants. Please avoid sharing information you do not want others to see.

Private coaching information will not be publicly shared as a testimonial or case study without appropriate permission.

16. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our websites may link to third-party websites, social-media platforms, scheduling tools, payment pages, communities, or other services.

We do not control the privacy or security practices of those third parties. You should review their privacy policies before submitting information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through email or another reasonable method when appropriate.
